SHIPPING OPTIONS

We ship to: the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico and APO/FPO addresses.

Exclusions: Next-Day and 2-Day delivery are not available to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, Mexico, or post office boxes. Next Day Shipping orders must be submitted before 1PM EST.

Credit card authorization: Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, We will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions’ cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is canceled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.

Q: Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

A: Once your order has shipped, a tracking confirmation will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. This email will contain your tracking number which we advise be used to track your package and ensure proper delivery.

Q: My order has shipped, but I still can’t track it.

A: Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email.
