Costume party in March. Had to pick the time you liked because of the fashion statement that was worn at that time. I missed the hippie time , as I was living on a military base. Was not fashionable to wear that type of clothing on Paris Island or Laurel Bay, South Carolina, where the airbase was stationed also

It only came with earrings. None of other things listed came with vest. Vest rans a little large . It’s costume quality sn make sure you’re not expecting anything amazing
